I am taking a break from the tough business of trying to make money online. This is my farm in Cagayan de Oro City where I planted bananas.

There are goats here too but they are not allowed to enjoy the young banana plants.

There are a few things a man can do in order to make money online. However, before he can see a cent of this money chances are he will have to shell out a few bucks of his own. If he were a newbie like I was a couple of years ago he probably will think it a piece of cake to get some kind of online business going which is exactly how I thought at that time. If he has some money budgeted for this I am sure he will find no end to the offers on the internet to help him get started.

I was a complete newbie and I absolutely had no idea what I was doing . What I had was an internet connection, no money and a lot of time on my hands. The first thing I did was to google "make money online" and followed every link I could find. The ones that asked for money outright for some kind of "instant business online" I immediately dismissed not simply because I had no money to spend but also because I am a skeptical kind of person. The person who offers to teach you how to make thousands ofdollars for a few bucks is probably going to make thousands of dollars from suckers who go for this pitch.

I also tried some "paid to click" schemes who offered 10, 20, 50 dollars just for signing up. Well, signing up was free so I did that and started working right away. After a while I realized that I was never going to see a cent of that free money and began to get a feeling about the cleverness of these schemes which felt kinda illegal and unethetical at best. There is never a dearth of cleverness on the Internet but as the Romans say, Caveat Emptor. All I can say about this is that these schemes are best left alone.

I then got acquainted with blogs and there are a lot of them which offer free hosting and a chance to make money using Google Adsense and other forms of online advertising.

The big boys of Internet business have dominated for quite a while and they knew all the tricks in the book. They employed the sneakiest techniques and moved together in secret circles where they masterminded the division of spoils from the Internet cash cow. 'What they basically did was to dominate the search engines. They dictated what the search engines placed on their search results pages by means of tricks and techniques known only to them and the search engines. The search engines on the other hand, had to improve and innovate in order to keep their own cash cow pristine and credible.

The ideal way to make money is to do it online. Passive income, that's the way to go, to have money pouring in to your account while you sleep. It' s like a drunkard's dream, to make money while lying in a drunken stupor. Online money has eluded me and a year has passed still, success is nowhere to be found. I have almost given up. For one thing, I have stopped listening to everybody telling me to do this and that. They are just trying to make money off me and there is really nothing good that they are saying. Anyway, a lot of the techniques are spammy and would surely get me in trouble with the search engines. There are a few that I like though and maybe I will try that when I have money to burn.

Some of these could be what you're looking for: Meditation, Underdogs World, Am I asleep and dreaming?, The Blog park, Fear sex eating and sleeping. All roads lead to Ching's World. I could also say that all roads lead to Cagayan de Oro City.

I was born in the year of the ox and that makes me a plodder, a worker who does not depend on flash. So I want to bring Cagayan de Oro City to the top of the list. Why? I just want to do it and if I ever accomplish that I would probably learn something. So, Cagayan de Oro City it is and I will keep on pushing Cagayan de Oro City until it gets to the top.

There are many ways to make money online. The limit is your own imagination. Even if everyone is now crowding the Internet trying to make a name and gain a position from which to launch an online business, there are still vast opportunities to be tapped. We all know about Yahoo and how two young guys made a splash on the Internet with their Web Portal. They dominated the online landscape for a long time and I suppose many people despaired of ever overtaking Yahoo in the online game. Two other guys were not so easily discouraged and launched of all things, a search engine unlike any other. Thus was Google born and it has now overtaken Yahoo in terms of size and pervasiveness of their business.
